Students coming from different high schools, colleges and universities in the province were invited to join the Child Protection Network (CPN) as part of the province 18-day Campaign to Eliminate Violence and Anti-Trafficking Day in the province.
Jesebel Vidal, focal point of the Gender and Development (GAD) said that a one-day awareness meeting slated on December 12 was aimed to discuss program and services to strengthen the CPN in the province.
“Our focus is to equip our youth leaders with knowledge and skills to prevent and protect them from abuse exploitation and trafficking,” Vidal said.
The conference will be held at the Ninos IHaw-IHaw Kalibo County Inn on the said day.
